The Woodland Mills RS30 PRO Sawmill Blade Sharpener is the perfect tool for extending the life of your blades and gives you the convenience of having sharp blades when and where you need them. It’s capable of an impressive cycle time of under seven minutes, providing the speed and efficiency to offer a sharpening service within your community to see a further return on your investment.
The RS30 PRO features a reinforced four-legged stand that's cross braced for rigidity and is powered by a 12 V battery (not included) extending its utility to remote locations. Separating the RS30 PRO from other sharpeners in its class is its 2-speed setting which give you precise control during blade set up. It comes equipped with automatic blade advancement, cam actuated grinding and a premium CBN grinding disc, delivering consistent and optimal results.
The RS30 PRO can be adjusted for tooth rake angles of 7, 10 and 14 degrees. The gullet depth and take off can also be adjusted allowing 1″ – 1.5″ (25 mm – 38 mm) wide blades with tooth spacing (pitch range) of 3/4″ – 1″ (19 mm – 25 mm) to be fitted to this sharpener.
